EIU partner - Mykola Kuleba

Mykola Kuleba is currently working as CEO of the Save Ukraine organization. Graduated by the National EconomicsInstitute of Kiev he has worked in several comercial structures in Ukraine. In 2001-2002 he founded the charity organization “Open Heart”, creating a model for the rehabilitation of homeless children and opening a network of specialised centres to work with them. Some years later, he led the international charity organization “Children’s Rescue Service”. In public service, he worked from 2006 till 2014 as Head of the Children’s Service of the Kiev City State Administration, forming the city’s policy on the protection of children’s rights, launched several programms, developed family forms of raising orphans and did some preventive work with families in difficult life circumstances. From 2014 till 2021 he worked as Ombudsman for Children with the president of Ukraine.
